Giving Partner Program

Become a COI Play Giving Partner.

COI Play provides limited product donations for fundraisers, benefit events, school raffles, animal rescue support, and local organizations that use creativity to help people and communities directly. Requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Sandwich with a COI Play art kit

Approved donations may be used for raffles, auctions, benefit events, activity tables, or other clear product-based giving moments.

A simple way to turn creative products into care.

We keep the request focused: tell us who the event supports, how the products will be used, and how the impact will reach the people, animals, or community you are serving. COI Play offers limited product donations, not cash sponsorships or ongoing program funding.

Fundraisers and auctions

Giftable COI Play products can support raffles, silent auctions, school events, and animal rescue fundraisers.

Quiet creative activities

Screen-free coloring and watercolor activities can offer low-pressure moments of focus and self-expression.

Care-centered programs

Good fits include school fundraisers, animal rescue events, shelters, Alzheimer’s and dementia support organizations, and local benefit events with a clear product use plan.

Good Fits

For programs where creativity becomes care.

We welcome requests from groups that are thoughtful about where the products go, who benefits, and how the impact will be followed through after the event.

  • Animal rescue and shelter fundraising
  • School fundraisers, PTA/PTO raffles, and benefit events
  • Neurodivergent youth programs with a specific event plan
  • Product-based activity tables and gift basket donations
  • Community auctions, raffles, and benefit events
  • Alzheimer’s and dementia support organizations
  • Hospitals, shelters, and local care organizations

Before you apply.

We review each Giving Partner request carefully so product donations can go where they are most useful. Approval is based on event fit, timing, available inventory, requested quantity, and whether the recipient can post a public-safe follow-up in the COI Play Community.

Not every request can be approved

Donation inventory is limited, and COI Play may pause or decline requests when timing, quantity, or event fit is not right.

Product donations only

Approved support is provided as COI Play products for raffles, auctions, activity tables, gift baskets, or benefit events.

Community follow-up is required

Giving Partners agree to publish a public-safe post in the COI Play Community after the event.

How the donation request works.

We want product donations to land where they matter. Approved partners are asked to share a clear plan before the event and post a public follow-up in the COI Play Community afterward.

01 - Apply

Tell us about the organization, event date, audience, product use, and where the raised funds or products will go.

02 - Review

COI Play reviews requests based on timing, fit, available inventory, and whether the impact is direct, traceable, and suitable for a public Community follow-up.

03 - Follow Up

After the event, approved recipients publish a post in the COI Play Community with public-safe photos, video, or an impact note showing how the donation was used.

Community Follow-Up

Approved recipients post their own impact story.

Because COI Play donates products for real community impact, approved recipients agree to post their follow-up directly in the COI Play Community after the event. By posting, recipients confirm they have permission to share the materials and allow COI Play to feature the photos, video, and story on our website, Community, email, social media, and marketing materials.

A good Community post can include

Photos of the raffle basket, auction table, activity setup, or donated COI Play products.
A short impact note explaining how the donation was used and who benefited.
Public-safe photos or video with permission, or no-face/no-name images when privacy matters.
Permission for COI Play to repost, feature, and use the shared materials in brand storytelling.

Apply to be a COI Play Giving Partner.

Send us the event details, who it supports, how COI Play products will be used, and confirm that you can post a follow-up in the COI Play Community after the event. Approval depends on fit, timing, and available donation inventory.

Programs involving children, schools, shelters, Alzheimer’s or dementia support organizations, or care organizations should be supervised by qualified adults. Approved donation recipients are expected to publish a public-safe follow-up in the COI Play Community and confirm that COI Play may repost, feature, and use the shared photos, video, and story in brand storytelling; privacy-sensitive events may use no-face, no-name, product-only, or activity-table photos with proper permission.
