Inspired by our neighbor — Hollywood's "Bug Man". When designing this Butterfly Watercolor Set, we walked next door. Our neighbor in Pasadena is Steven R. Kutcher — the legendary "Bug Man of Hollywood," entomologist behind the bugs in Spider-Man, Jurassic Park, and Arachnophobia. Steven shared his butterfly knowledge as we developed this kit — wing structure, iridescence, the specific Morpho blue we wanted kids to capture. Special thanks to Steve. The 1% inspiration that made the difference.
